Construction comprises of:

Conductor Construction: Bunched construction of Annealed Bare Copper, Class 5 of Electrolytic Grade.
Insulation: Specially formulated PVC compound IS 5831 to give glossy finished core with high flexibility.
Sheathing: Specially formulated PVC compound IS 5831 to give glossy finished core with high flexibility.
Unique Identification: Special knurled surface finish throughout the width of the cable for flat and knurled stripe is given for Round Multicore Flexible Cables to give unique identification.
Range: Flat as well as Round Multicore Flexible Cables can be offered from 3 cores to maximum 16 cores from sizes 0.5sq.mm to 4sq.mm and 3 cores & 4 cores in sizes 6sq.mm to 16sq.mm.
Extra Feature: We can also provide extra core of steel wire to provide mechanical strength to these flat cables with one such core for every 4 cores of Copper Conductors.

Cable Type: Multicore Flexible Festoon Cables with Annealed Bare Copper Conductor, PVC Insulated and PVC
Sheathed Flat in Voltage Grade 650/1100V as per IS 694.
Temperature of the Conductor: -15°C to +70°C.
Conductor: As per Class 5 of IS 8130: 1984.
Insulation: PVC as per IS 5831, Thermoplastic material.
Identification of Cores: For 5 cores & above black insulation & core number printed in white ink. For upto 4 cores, core colours as per colour coding Red, Yellow, Blue and Yellow / Green.
Outer Sheath: PVC as per IS 5831, Thermoplastic material.
Colour: Generally black. Any other colour required will be against bulk orders.
Packing Length: 100/500mtrs coils or 1000mtrs drum supply for certain sizes.
Application: These cables are used in Hoists, Cranes and Lifts to carry the signals for all the controls required for the sophisticated Lift applications and Cranes/Hoist operations.
